Sunday, 15th April 2018 - Ready, Steady and Step

A bit of a manic morning with guests breakfasts followed by a room clean/change then off to The Bell and Jorrocks beer festival. Tim was dancing with the Weald of Kent Morris along with a couple of other sides. Taking it in turn to dance it meant the older/less fit members were able to rest. Brett arrived with Hetty and Bella. Much to my surprise they both joined in the dancing. I have not seen many Morris wives for many weeks and it was good to catch up with their antics.

More guests more tea and cake. Unfortunately the weather was too disgusting to sit outside.

I had a bit of recuperation with a book.

Herbie was in fine fettle when I topped up Harriet's fluid levels with a mug of tea. He loves the mobile above his change mat. His arm and leg movement are very energetic and expressive. Mum got a visit from Hetty and Bella at their request. I asked them their reason and they said they had made her a card. Funny little pair. Reports back say that Mum is looking and feeling good. They do seem to be doing a find job of looking after her and her unusual needs.
