We are packed up and are heading home. We are leaving a most enchanting part of France. I would like to visit in the summer when the trees have turned green and the wild flowers are in bloom. The diet is high quantities of cheese made from the goats and cows roaming the fields and mountains. Add a sprinkle of lardons and some potatoes and you have what you find in most of the restaurants served in many ways.
We dropped Lizzie at Geneve airport and had a bit of time to spare before our flight. So what do we do best. Search out the nearest hypermarket. I found some salted fish. I have looked at buying this in England but it is exorbitant. In Carrefour it was a bargain. Now I need to find the recipe I had over six months ago.
