Between Harriet and myself we got Herbie's car seat assembled. Herbie and I behaved in the back of the car on our way to Tenterden. It was a busy few hours. Following the arranged appointments we squeezed in a coffee, green cake and a trip to Waitrose. Reduced items are always a pleasure to acquire. We got lots.
While Tim was out practising his Morris steps I caught up with Call the Midwife. It was joyous and heartbreaking. It's good to release those tears.
