Sunday, 21st January 2018 - Happy 60th Nick

Brett knows a good sci-fi film or two. I asked for his advice for one to watch last night. Maze runner was the one he recommended. It sped up my knitting. I was relieved to make it to the morning without being attacked by zombies. It was a good choice but no film will be as good as a Terminator one.

I am in love with Adam's voice.

Following the rain there was snow then rain again. Is it really that cold out there? After dragging the recycling up the drive I can say .... yes, it is.

Tim and I have been invited out to lunch. Tim being in Chicago will be missing the celebrations. I painted Nick a picture.

I always feel it is rather decadent going out for lunch. The Bell and Jorrocks served us a fine roast beef. The cinnamon ice-dream was delicious. I had a thoroughly good time. It was good to see Alli out of bed.
