Tuesday, 2nd January 2018 - Park Wood

The Christmas tree has been stripped and jettisoned out the back door.

Tom and I took a trip into Tenterden for vital cycling purchases. We discussed our alcohol free progress this year over a coffee and bacon sandwich, mine without banana. Unfortunately, a kerb sliced into the tyre on Tom's car. Fortunately, Jon was able to provide a replacement.

Hugo took us for a muddy, slippery walk.

9.20pm and a text reassures me that Tom has arrived back to his home.

Storm Eleanor is sounding pretty belligerent.

  1. What a wonderful Christmas it was too. I've no tree needles to stand on to remind me but I don't think I'll need them xxx
