Sunday, 22nd February 2015 - Wild Crocuses and Empty Snail Shells

The brambles in the woods have been minimally reduced this afternoon.

I made a very unusual meal this evening. A low GL so the book said. Lentil bottom, aubergine fried in coconut oil middle and a hummus and egg topping. It was very tasty with a touch of dijon mustard.

I am loving the new art programme on BBC. 6pm on a Sunday - kind of guess what audience it is aimed at. Me for one.
