Do you plant sweet peas in the winter or wait until spring?
After a twenty four hour soak I planted some Matucana sweet pea seeds. There diminutive size is made up for by the 'enthralling fragrance' - that is is the woodlice don't decapitate them and the slugs deter from chewing their stems. It was damn chilly outside.
My first bed and breakfast guests of 2022 are due in a few days. I have been trying to get the rooms back into some form of order. I am exhausted.
