The strawberry jam I made this morning makes a perfect sauce. I drizzled inside a cream stuffed Victoria sponge for guests. Tim and I had it poured over peaches with meringue and ice-cream. Jam that sets is terribly overrated.
I wonder if Guatemala is worth a visit to see how they grow beans. Or Slovenia I have heard is pretty. I have the urge to book a holiday.
