Sunday, 24th June 2018 - Bingo with Great Grandma

Hetty and I took a break in our day and headed to Waitrose to return our shoes and jumpers. She had some spending money but wanted to get something for everyone else in her family too. It is surprising what gifts you can find in a supermarket. We got a novel for Mum. We arrived just as they were about to start Bingo!!! I was ready to make a rapid exit. Hetty has a lot more empathy, patience, and tolerance than I and joined in.  She even made a trip to the bottle bank an adventure. Tom dropped by on his way back home. He stayed for steak and salad. It is always pleasing to nourish your child.
