Saturday, 16th June 2018 - Musical Theatre

I have seen a stark contrast in physical abilities today. At the Benenden Village Fete I proudly watched Hetty dance in a team with her Musical Theatre Group. Later I visited Mum who was in bed. She very slowly, with the aid of a zimmer, tentatively made it to her chair. I am amazed that her body can function with such a bent spine. It was sad to see. She seemed as feisty in spirit as always which was encouraging. Bendy youth and bendy old age.
