My kitchen table has a new centerpiece. Liz gave me an unusual plant. A bit of research says it is new to the market and very special. I quite agree. I feel the responsibility of caring for it on my shoulders.
Our hens provided six lovely eggs that I scrambled for guests. There was enough leftover to have with a spare croissant for breakfast and an omelette for dinner.
