My mate Leelee send me a text. She was at the village coffee shop with her daughter, Cara and granddaughter, Akira. I stopped cleaning bathrooms, put on my coat and walked down to the village to meet them. Akira is five months old and adorable. I love a baby.
I am very proud that my sweet peas are up. I am looking forward to a fine loral display unless the mice eat them.
An early afternoon at Tillingham was a lovely place for a few glasses of wine with Mike and Pippa before heading home for curry and toast.
Happy 70th birthday to my brother-in-law David.
