I am back on terra firma after a week sailing on the Atlantic Ocean. Wow that sounds impressive. We were with six friends pottering around the coast of Lanzarote. I will be writing and painting a diary of our adventures. Today I have been pottering around stuffing sea salty washing in the washing machine.
The garden is squelchy underfoot. There are signs of life with shoots from daffodil bulbs. The hellebores are looking exotic. I picked a bunch to draw which from previous experience I have found need immediate observation before they droop.
