Wednesday, 13th February 2019 - Charming Crocus and a Jug

Whilst ironing sheets, pillowcases, napkins and table cloths I watched my homework tutorials by Roisin O'Farrell. Yes, I am still doing my oil painting course. The progression is slow because it is damn difficult. We are working at setting up still life studies. I have to consider the story, negative space, placement, colour, pattern/texture, shadow, leading lines and perspective. My conclusion is that I have to work harder as I am sloppy in my preparation.

Bella and Hetty played in the garden after school. They picked me some croci (?sp) of course under strict allowance.
