I did a Joe Wicks workout today. Have you ever done a burpee. First time for me. Oh dear. He says I will get better. I was telling Harriet. I am not sure why she found my telling of my efforts so amusing.
I have a new antiperspirant. It has a pear scent. I now have fruity smelling armpits.
I forgot to put the shadows from the flowers in my painting. They must be creatures of the night.
