Tuesday, 18th September 2018 - Blackthorn Berries

Happy Birthday Mum. She wasn't feeling well yesterday and cancelled three friends who were going to visit on her birthday. I left her card and present for today yesterday. I presumed she was too ill to see me so I phoned this evening with birthday wishes. She asked where I had been today. Whoops I got that one wrong.

I have not seen Sarah for a month. Well I briefly saw her at the Ploughing Match on Saturday but she was engulfed with children, friends and relations. It was a proper coffee and bacon sandwich meeting in Cocolicious. I love a good story.

A walk this evening revealed that autumn is on its way.
