Wednesday, 30th January 2019 - A Touch of Snow
A light sprinkling of snow delighted myself, Hetty and Bella.
A touch too much vinegar in ones simmering water makes a rather rubbery poached egg. It can't have been too bad as my guest is having it again for breakfast tomorrow.
