Harriet and I stretched ourselves along with Adriene. Harriet can do a fine lizard pose.
Now we are back in lockdown and not allowed out we zoomed with friends this evening over a bowl of Tim's cinnamon nuts.
We saw Tony and Wendy when we were out walking in the woods.
