I had Adriene to guide me through my planks and cobras.
It was hot showers and washing with gay abandon. How one appreciates these things when you have been without.
It has been nine days since I have left the environs of my home. We went for a muddy, windy and wet walk with Tony and Wendy. followed by a drink in the pub. It was glorious.
