Monday, 22nd April 2019 - Lady's Smock

Hetty and Bella were being detectives. A broody hen came out of hiding. We still have not solved the mystery of where she is nesting and hope the fox doesn't find her first.

Mum was lying on her bed when I visited. This seems to be her permanent position which is very sad. She has all the help to walk about a bit but lacks the motivation. Such a waste when there is a lovely garden just a few seconds from her bed.

We had some staleish hot cross buns. I made a hot cross bun and butter pudding. That was a lot of consumed calories.
