The Viridians met up today. We haven't met for a while and needed to get back to serious painting practice. Leelee provided the venue and bread and soup. Clive provided artistic guidance. Alison critiqued our work. Wendy and Ted provided company and entertainment. It was a few hours of hard work with our paints and brushes. Thoroughly enjoyable.
I am doing a three week art challenge set by Kalie Graves. She is an artist I have been following for a while. She works in oils alla prima. Here is today's using the theme of fruit. I could have chosen metal or grey. Maybe tomorrow. I love a challenge.
