Tom and Fable are staying with us for a few days. They go for a brisk morning walk. I have joined them the past couple of days. Fable waits for me when I lag behind.
Adriene put me through my paces on the yoga mat.
At Water Lane I met Pippa and June, followed by Lindsey for coffee. The orange, almond and polenta cake was delicious. It is such a glorious place. Nick and Ian have great plans for workshops, a Christmas market and I love the idea of going to watch a play.
Back home and the heat slowed my ability to do anything very productive.
