I have been making blackcurrant jam listening to Alexa playing the greatest love songs. Romeo and Juliet by Dire Straits was playing - always gets me that one. I am sure a little salt in the jam with be delicious and unnoticeable.
While having a bacon sandwich with plum chutney I was reading the Tesco magazine. I was interested to read 'Satan' peaches are in season. Never tried those. Ah, I didn't have my glasses on. 'Saturn' peaches - you know those little flat ones. How disappointing.
Conserve or Jam?
