We celebrated Mike and Pippa's new home with coffee and croissant. There is a lot of work to do. No more days out for Pippa.

    Oh dear Mike and Pippa look so sad.... I am sure they were not really... I am looking forward to seeing their new home so you must take me there for coffee very soon
